Yeah! They seemed to have a really good time, it's down by the theater district. Though, I mean I guess they did have to wash the dishes afterwards, because neither of them had money on them — but don't worry, I wouldn't forget something like that.

[Listen, Lance, you don't gotta spend money on him. That's the first thing that comes to mind since he's forgotten to jump his bones about training. He'll glance down at his feet instead, a place of contemplation since the birth of humanity.]

[ whoa whoa did he step into the twilight zone... it's one thing to have someone actually interested enough in himself to ask a question (as opposed to him just going on and on and on unprompted), but it's another thing entirely when it's keith doing the asking... be still, his heart. ]

truthfully, lance can't pinpoint a time his feelings changed. sometimes he tries, and finds himself going so far back that it's actually kind of scary to think about, and so he just. doesn't. most times. ]

I didn't know what to expect. It felt like nothing we did mattered -- before this. I still don't really get it, why we're here, why some of us got left in stasis.

I guess, what I'm getting at is that...being with you feels normal. [Romantically, nonromantically.] Thanks for taking a chance on me.
